Check List:

• The original documents provided and notarized
• Check payable to the Texas SOS
• Return envelope
• Provide preferred payment i.e. check (other payment options available just call us.)

You must call prior to sending your document to insure a quick turn around. If you already have an account with us then simply entering the information into the automated system will alert us that yourpackage is on the way.

To insure the quickest turn around of your precious documents we recommend utilizing an overnight service such as Fed Ex, UPS, Priority Mail or DHL. These carriers provide tracking and guarentee the delivery. Once we receive your package, in most cases your documents are immediately couriered to the Secretary of State. Once the proper signatures are obtained they are immediately overnighted or mailed back to you. It is prefered that you provide the return overnight or equivalent envelope in your original package although, we will provide that service for a nominal fee above the overnight expense and add it to your base rate.

 

As an example:

If you overnight your package Wednesday for delivery by 10:30am

the next day we can have it back to you by Friday at 10:30am.
